Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Mother Mae's is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Refunds will not be issued for:
